Manufactured with steel-clad construction and 100mm insulated composite wall panels with a styrofoam core, the unit is designed to help maintain a comfortable internal temperature while improving energy efficiency. Two lockable steel access doors provide separate entry to the toilet room and urinal room, allowing multiple users to access the facilities independently.

The interior includes one toilet, one wall-mounted urinal, a wash basin, water heater, mirror, electric heater, extractor fan, internal lighting, and a durable aluminium chequer plate floor that is easy to clean and suitable for high-traffic use. An RCD electrical board and switches provide safe and reliable electrical operation.
