We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties who need it to fulfil your order:

  • Freight carriers and depots — your name, delivery address and telephone number, so they can deliver and contact you on the day.
  • Payment and banking providers — to process and reconcile payments.
  • Our web host and technical providers — who store the site and its data on our behalf.
  • Professional advisers and authorities — including the Canada Revenue Agency and Revenu Québec, where we are legally required to disclose information.

Storage and transfers outside Quebec

Some of our service providers, including our web hosting, store data on servers located outside Quebec and potentially outside Canada. Before entrusting personal information to such a provider we assess whether it will receive adequate protection, as Quebec law requires. If you would like details of where your information is held, contact our Privacy Officer.

Cookies

This website uses cookies to keep your shopping cart working between pages, to remember you if you log in, and to understand how the site is used. Cart and session cookies are essential — the store cannot function without them.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, the cart and checkout will not work.

How long we keep it

  • Order and invoice records — retained for 7 years to meet Canadian tax and accounting requirements.
  • Enquiries that do not become orders — retained for up to 24 months.
  • Account data — retained until you ask us to delete the account.
  • Server and analytics logs — typically retained for up to 12 months.

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you access to it.
  • Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec or to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

If a confidentiality incident occurs that presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the Commission d’accès à l’information and the individuals concerned, and record the incident in our register, as Quebec law requires.
