The office features full spray foam insulation throughout the walls, ceiling, and floor to help improve thermal performance and maintain a comfortable internal temperature throughout the year. A complete new electrical installation includes two wall-mounted electric heaters, seven double electrical sockets, four LED light panels, a consumer unit, and an external 32-amp commando socket for convenient connection to an external power supply.

The interior is finished with new carpet flooring, creating a comfortable and professional workspace suitable for office furniture, meeting areas, or administrative operations.

Natural light is provided through two white UPVC tilt-and-turn windows, while external steel fan shutters offer additional security and ventilation.
